These terms set out the rules for using MoreDAW, posting community content, earning rewards, and accessing paid features.

Agreement
By accessing or using MoreDAW, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
- You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or create accounts to evade restrictions.
- If you are under the age required to enter into these terms in your location, you may use MoreDAW only with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.
Community Content
- You keep ownership of the content, audio, images, comments, tips, and other materials you upload or post.
- You grant MoreDAW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute your content so we can operate the service.
- You must only upload content you own or have permission to use, including samples, vocals, artwork, stems, and recordings.
- You are responsible for your posts and submissions. MoreDAW may remove content that breaches these Terms or creates legal, safety, or platform risk.
Acceptable Use
- Do not harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or target other users.
- Do not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content.
- Do not spam, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, manipulate votes, or interfere with MoreDAW systems.
- Do not use MoreDAW to distribute malware, phishing links, fraudulent offers, or unauthorized advertising.
Points, Rewards, and LeaDAWboard
Points, votes, badges, placements, rewards, discounts, and leaderboard features are promotional community features. MoreDAW may adjust, pause, substitute, verify, or remove rewards where needed to prevent abuse, correct errors, comply with law, or keep the system fair.
Memberships and Payments
- Paid features, subscriptions, and checkout flows may be handled by third-party payment providers.
- Prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, trial terms, taxes, and cancellation options will be shown during checkout before you place an order.
- Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.
- If you purchase a digital membership that starts straight away, you agree that access may begin immediately after purchase.
- You are responsible for keeping payment information current and for any charges you authorize.
- You can cancel future renewals through the billing tools made available in your account or through any customer portal provided by the payment processor.
- Refunds are handled according to the checkout terms, applicable law, and any written policy shown at purchase.
Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of MoreDAW at any time. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available.
Disclaimers
MoreDAW is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that community advice will be accurate or suitable for your project.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoreDAW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create legal risk, harm other users, manipulate platform systems, or otherwise misuse MoreDAW.

UK Consumer and Governing Law
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you are contracting with MoreDAW as a UK consumer, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless the law of another part of the UK where you live must apply.
